A purported 51-second video on social media claims that US President Donald Trump has warned Pakistan against getting involved in the ongoing Middle East conflict between Iran and Israel. The video, which has been viewed and shared thousands of times, allegedly shows Trump stating that Pakistan has alerted both Israel and the US that it is fully prepared to defend itself with its air, land, and naval forces. Trump is also claimed to have said that Pakistan’s defense minister, Khawaja Asif, has warned that if Israel attacks Iran again, Pakistan will destroy Israel, but Trump claims that Pakistan should not take that route.
In the video, Trump allegedly states that Pakistan has no issues with the US, and its military is already on high alert. He further claims that Pakistan should not be involved in the conflict, which is between Israel and Iran, and that the region needs peace.
However, experts have discovered that the video is a fake, created using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. The video is an old one from May 30, 2025, when Trump held a press conference with Elon Musk at the White House, and it does not mention Pakistan or its defense minister. Moreover, an AI detection platform has verified that the video’s audio is 95% likely to be fake.
Interestingly, Trump has not made any statements about Pakistan or its military during the recent Iran-US tensions. The video is considered a misleading propaganda that aims to spread misinformation among the public. Experts have advised citizens to be cautious of such unverified videos on social media and rely on credible sources for information.
In related news, the Iranian missile attacks have targeted several Israeli regions, and the Israeli president has described the new Iranian ballistic missile as a major challenge. The UAE Ministry of Defense has claimed to have destroyed 13 ballistic missiles using its defense system. Iran has executed a person accused of espionage on behalf of Israel, and the country’s officials have stated that the person was killed in the same attack that targeted the Iranian National Security Council chief, Ali Larijani.
In a separate development, the US has expressed concern over Russia’s alleged sharing of satellite images and advanced drone technology with Iran. The Arab media has reported that Israeli officials are assessing the outcome of the operation. Meanwhile, a provincial deputy governor in Iran has stated that the Iranian missile attack targeted the city of Dorud in the province of Luristan.
