Punjab’s Hafizabad witnessed a disturbing incident where a mentally challenged woman was allegedly subjected to indecent assault. According to reports, the alleged incident took place in Jalalpur Bhattian area of Hafizabad. A case was registered against an individual at THQ Hospital in Hafizabad.
A suspect was taken into custody and the case was registered. In a separate development, the US Embassy in Pakistan has limited its operations to March 15 due to security concerns. Citizens can check their appointment status on the embassy’s website. Consular services at US Consulates in Karachi and Lahore will remain suspended until further notice.
