A heartbreaking incident unfolded in Lahore’s Raheen District on Thursday when a three-year-old boy fell into an open manhole in front of his house, resulting in his untimely demise. According to police officials, the manhole was uncovered for drainage purposes when the boy, who had stepped outside his home, accidentally tumbled into the open pit. Two individuals were apprehended by the DIG Operations for leaving the manhole open despite being notified. The DIG Operations ordered a thorough investigation into the incident.
