The city of Indore in India has witnessed a bizarre incident, where a man allegedly murdered his girlfriend and attempted to summon her spirit afterward. According to reports from the Indian media, in the Dwarakapuri area of Indore, the accused, Piush Dhimanotiya, brutally murdered a B.A. student after she refused to engage in an illicit relationship with him. The investigation revealed that Piush had been pressuring the victim for a romantic relationship, and when she refused, he attempted to restrain her.
Further investigation revealed that Piush had been planning the murder for some time and had even obtained a knife from his house. The police report stated that Piush had strangled the victim and then stabbed her multiple times, resulting in her death. The accused then attempted to summon the victim’s spirit, claiming that he was experiencing mental distress.
Piush’s attempt to justify his actions by stating that he was trying to contact his girlfriend’s spirit was met with skepticism by the police. The police also found evidence of Piush’s guilt on the home-security camera footage, which showed him taking a bag and leaving his house alone after spending almost three hours with the victim.
