Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan – Sindh Minister for Local Government, Nisar Hussain Shah, stated that the Sindh government does not consider itself blameless for the tragic incident at the Glitter Plaza.
During a special episode of Geo News’ program, “Capital Talk,” Sindh Minister, Nisar Hussain Shah, Federal Minister, Balal Azhar Qayani, and PTI leader, Shahram Taraki, participated in the discussion. When questioned about the judicial commission, the provincial minister stated that they are ready for investigations. He further added that the Sindh government does not consider itself blameless for the Glitter Plaza tragedy, as the first demand made was for a foreign investigation.
Balal Azhar Qayani stated that those responsible for the loss of human lives should be held accountable. The Sindh government should determine how small amounts of money are being used to fund such incidents. Shahram Taraki said that there have been similar incidents in Karachi, including the city council, and that the ruling party claims to have learned from them. He mentioned that the new SO P schemes will be developed, and fire safety systems will be strengthened.
According to a media report, the Afghan government’s development budget has been reduced to 24 billion Afghanis from 131 billion Afghanis. A spokesperson from the ANF stated that two smugglers were arrested during the operation. Sindh Minister for Water Resources and Planning and Development, Jam Khan Shoro, stated that under the “For Development” program, the pace and quality of the development schemes on the K-4 feeder will be maintained at all costs.
