To combat brain fog, Chandri recommended starting the day with a healthy breakfast instead of sugar and consuming a spoonful of ghee, butter, or coconut oil mixed with a small amount of turmeric powder and black pepper. He also suggested adding a pinch of powdered lion’s mane mushroom to coffee, milk tea, or any morning drink.
