Bollywood New Year’s Gala Draws a Sold-Out Crowd in Dallas, as FunAsia and 4Visions Celebrate a Successful Night

Dallas: Bollywood and Tollywood New Year celebrations held across the Dallas–Fort Worth area concluded with notable success, drawing large crowds and selling out venues as the South Asian community welcomed the arrival of 2026. The most prominent event of the evening was the Bollywood New Year’s Eve Gala 2026, jointly hosted by Radio FunAsia and 4Visions, which organizers confirmed was completely sold out.
The family-friendly gala, held on December 31 at Frisco Hall, attracted a broad cross-section of the South Asian community. The evening’s musical programming was led by well-known DJs DJ Moody and DJ Manish, whose selection of popular Bollywood hits kept the audience engaged and energized well into the night.
Adding a modern dimension to the celebration, the event also featured an interactive technology experience with AI Singh, introduced as a digital interactive artist. The presentation drew particular interest from younger attendees and families, highlighting the organizers’ effort to blend entertainment with emerging digital trends.
In parallel, a Tollywood New Year Watch Party, organized through a collaboration between Radio Sangam, FunAsia, and 4Visions, was also met with strong attendance. The event featured a performance by DJ Vish, who entertained guests with Tollywood music and contributed to the festive atmosphere.
The celebrations were attended by Sam Thakkar and Vaishali Thakkar, owners of the FunAsia Network, who joined community members in marking the start of the new year. According to organizers, tickets for both events had sold out ahead of time, underscoring their popularity and the effectiveness of the planning behind them.
In a statement, the organizing partners FunAsia, 4Visions, and Radio Sangamexpressed appreciation to the community, performers, sponsors, and volunteers, noting that such well-attended, family-oriented events continue to strengthen South Asian cultural life in the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
The organizers extended New Year greetings to the community and reaffirmed their commitment to hosting high-quality cultural and entertainment events in the years ahead.
