A dacoit and a civilian were injured in a shootout between the police and robbers in the Surjani Town area of Karachi. The dacoit succumbed to his injuries while being shifted to the hospital.
According to the police, a shootout occurred between the police and robbers in the Surjani Town area, leaving a dacoit injured. A civilian was also seriously injured and was shifted to the hospital for medical treatment. Rescue officials said that the dacoit died en route to the hospital.
The police are currently investigating the identity of the deceased dacoit, who was found to be in possession of a gun, mobile phones, and a motorcycle. The police are also searching for the two accomplices of the deceased dacoit who managed to escape during the shootout.
The injured civilian has been identified as 22-year-old Janid, who is being treated for his injuries at the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
