The controversy started when a man named Wasim Zuber filed a complaint against Saba Qamar, alleging that she wore a police uniform in a video without permission. The complainant stated that Saba Qamar wore a police uniform and badges in a dressing room, and that she did not have the necessary NoC (No Objection Certificate) to wear the uniform. The complainant also stated that he had previously filed a complaint against Saba Qamar at the Old Anarkali Police Station, but no action was taken.
