DUBAI: The global appeal and influence of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan were on full display in the highly competitive Dubai real estate market, as a new tower being constructed in his name completely sold out on its very first day of launch.
This ambitious high-rise project is strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai’s busiest and most prominent highways. The tower carries a substantial estimated value of 2.1 billion AED (approximately $572 million USD), underscoring its significant commercial importance.
The grand launch event for the Shah Rukh Tower took place at Dubai Expo City, attracting over 6,000 guests from the real estate sector, which reflects the overwhelming investor confidence in the project.
Addressing the audience, Shah Rukh Khan stated that the tower will be distinguished by world-class amenities and cutting-edge design, destined to become a prominent commercial and business hub on Sheikh Zayed Road. The project is anticipated to be completed by 2029.
