Assurance of Swift Investigation
Following the shooting, Naseem Shah’s father met with the District Police Officer (DPO) of Lower Dir, Taimur Khan. The DPO assured the cricketer’s father of the swift arrest of the culprits involved in the incident.
According to police officials, a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered, and a thorough investigation is underway, examining every possible angle. Police authorities are working to determine why the home of a celebrated national hero was targeted, aiming to alleviate the concern generated across Pakistan’s sporting community.
