In a landmark move to enhance the pilgrim experience, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the “Zamzam from Nusuk” service, enabling Hajj and Umrah pilgrims to conveniently order 330 ml bottles of Zamzam water online via the Nusuk platform.
The initiative, inaugurated by Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, marks the first time that Zamzam water will be distributed nationwide in small bottles through a digital ordering and delivery system.
According to the ministry, the service aims to ensure easy, safe, and reliable access to Zamzam water for both pilgrims and residents across Saudi Arabia. Through the Nusuk app, users can select the desired quantity, place an order, and have the cartons delivered directly to their registered National Address.
The Ministry emphasized that the launch aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to modernize religious services through digital transformation and sustainable practices.
Earlier, the Zamazma Company had piloted the initiative during last year’s Hajj season by installing vending machines in Makkah’s pilgrim residences, allowing each pilgrim to collect up to three bottles per day.
Officials believe this expansion of the service will not only enhance convenience for pilgrims but also ensure better management and transparency in Zamzam water distribution — a sacred symbol deeply embedded in Islamic faith and Saudi heritage.
