PARIS/HOLLYWOOD – The two-year romantic relationship between Ashley Park and Paul Forman, co-stars on the hit Netflix series Emily in Paris, has reportedly concluded. Insiders have confirmed that the duo, who began dating after meeting during the filming of the show’s third season in 2022, have broken up.
TMZ reported on Wednesday that the former couple’s relationship “ended in the last month or so.”
Park and Forman, who play lovers in the Netflix series, publicly confirmed their relationship with a public display of affection (PDA) photo on January 25, 2024. Their final known joint social media post was a video shared on April 15, featuring the two actors playfully tossing bucket hats at each other.
The reports of the separation align with Forman’s absence from Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s lavish wedding in Santa Barbara last week, which Park attended alone.
The intensity of their bond became public knowledge when Park was hospitalized with “critical septic shock” while the couple was on vacation in 2023. At the time, Park shared a heartfelt tribute to Forman on Instagram, crediting him with supporting her through the ordeal.
“Grateful most of all to @peforman for being unconditionally by my side through all this,” Park wrote. She detailed his unwavering support: “You calmed my fears and held me through ambulances, three foreign hospitals, a week in the ICU, scary ERs, countless scans and tests and injections, excruciating pain, and so much confusion all while we were alone on the other side of the world far from those we know. I love you Paul. More than I can ever say.”
The news comes as Emily in Paris prepares to launch its fifth season on December 18, 2025.
