According to reports, Tom Cruise is planning a major step in his relationship with Ana de Armas. A report from RadarOnline.com states that the Mission: Impossible actor is working with his attorneys to create a “bulletproof” marriage contract before he marries the Ballerini actress.
The couple, who have been at the center of romance rumors since February 2025, were recently spotted together in Vermont, near Ana’s $7 million home. Insiders claim that the relationship between the 37-year-old actress and the 63-year-old Hollywood star is getting stronger, and they have “become incredibly close.”
However, this time, Tom reportedly wants to avoid the mistakes of his past marriages. An industry insider told the outlet, “Tom is absolutely smitten with Ana, but he’s careful by nature. After past experiences, he feels it’s vital to have everything mapped out. He wants a contract that leaves no room for doubt—something fair, transparent, and completely solid.”
A friend close to the pair claimed that the prenuptial agreement “has nothing to do with doubt on Tom’s part.” For him, the friend said, “it shows just how committed he is.” The friend added, “He wants everything prepared ahead of time, so the moment he proposes, there are no obstacles. As soon as she agrees, the agreement is ready to go.”
