A case has been registered at the Saddar Bairooni police station in Rawalpindi against senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders and workers accused of torturing journalist Tayyab Baloch outside Adiala Jail. The complaint also names several senior PTI figures as being involved in the incident.
According to the police, journalist Tayyab Baloch filed a complaint against the PTI workers who allegedly attacked him outside Adiala Jail. Following his report, the Saddar Bairooni police registered a case and initiated legal proceedings.
The complaint names PTI founder’s sister Aleema Khan, party lawyer Naeem Panjotha, and Intisar Satti as accused. Additionally, approximately 40 unidentified PTI workers have also been nominated in the case for their alleged involvement in the assault.
