On Monday, Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan paid tribute to the Pakistan Navy, describing its role in national defense as exemplary. In his message on Navy Day, Aleem Khan stated that the Pakistan Navy has always been at the forefront of the country’s defense and that its personnel have made unparalleled sacrifices for the homeland.
He added that the Navy has consistently faced the enemy with courage and strength, earning the salute of the entire nation. He highlighted that Navy Day serves as a tribute to those who laid down their lives for the country.
The minister noted that the Navy’s personnel confronted the enemy with readiness and resolve, risking their lives to defend the nation. He said that the force has grown stronger under the leadership of Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf and that it wrote a remarkable chapter in history during the 1965 war.
