To mark Defence and Martyrs Day, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released a new documentary film that honours the valour and sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces during the 1965 war against India.
The documentary tells the timeless stories of the veterans from the 1965 conflict, capturing the spirit of sacrifice, faith, and unity that defined the nation at the time. Retired military officials recall key moments from the war, paying tribute to the courage and strategic brilliance of heroes like MM Alam, Sajjad Haider, and many others. It also highlights Pakistan’s strong response to India’s failed ‘Operation Sindoor’ earlier in May of this year.
The short film celebrates the nation’s resilience, the military’s steadfast resolve, and the collective will of the people to defend their sovereignty.
In addition to the documentary, the military’s media wing has also released a new song, “Allah Hu,” voiced and composed by Sahir Ali Bagga. The track serves as a tribute to the bravery of the armed forces and the unwavering spirit of the people.
Its powerful chorus of “Allah Hu” acts as both a rallying cry for courage and an expression of profound love for the homeland. The song highlights the professionalism and daring of the Pakistan Air Force, honours the protectors of the nation’s borders, and celebrates the Pakistan Navy’s significant role in safeguarding its maritime frontiers.
