Sophie Turner has revealed one decision she is certain about: she will never leave the UK. The 29-year-old actress, who lived in the U.S. during her marriage to pop star Joe Jonas, has since returned to England after their split and says she has no plans to leave again.
The mother of two daughters, Willa and Delphine, told Flaunt magazine, “I just feel so at home here; I never want to move again.” The Game of Thrones star also expressed her appreciation for being surrounded by her family and friends once more.
“Living in the States, I didn’t appreciate how much you need friends and family and how integral they are to your wellness until you’re away from them. I came back with an abundance of appreciation for them,” she said.
In the interview, Turner also discussed her upcoming thriller, Trust, in which she plays an actress in hiding after a scandal. “I feel lucky to have worked on something that comments on so much that I have been personally affected by,” she mentioned.
The actress has been vocal about how filming the movie was a positive experience that helped her evolve. She also spoke about how motherhood influenced her role, telling the outlet, “Being a mother has affected me more than I can ever say. I can now bring so much of that into my work and into this film too.”
