Pakistan has prolonged its restriction on Indian aircraft utilizing its airspace, with the prohibition now effective until August 23, as per a new Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) released by the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA).
The airspace has remained inaccessible to Indian traffic since April 23, when Pakistan initially implemented the ban in response to escalating regional tensions. This measure encompasses all Indian-registered aircraft, including both military and commercial flights.
Under the most recent directive, no Indian aircraft will be permitted to enter or transit through Pakistani airspace for the duration of the extended restriction.
