Jesse Tyler Ferguson recently opened up about a particularly impactful moment he shared with Lisa Kudrow during an episode of his podcast, Dinner’s On Me. The Modern Family star’s podcast features in-depth conversations with various celebrities.
Ferguson highlighted his interview with Kudrow as one of the most “meaningful” and impactful moments from his experience, stating, “She’s someone I’ve admired deeply for a long time. While we know each other a bit, I’ve never really had the opportunity to tell her how much she’s inspired me. Moments like that with my guests are always incredibly meaningful to me.”
The episode featuring the Friends alum was recorded in 2024 at Novikov in Beverly Hills. Over a meal of “tagliatelle and scallops,” Ferguson and Kudrow discussed the myths and stories surrounding her iconic character, Phoebe Buffay, from the hit sitcom.
Ferguson also noted that he’s had similarly intimate discussions on mental health and personal relationships while enjoying meals with other notable guests, including Padma Lakshmi, Joshua Jackson, and Natasha Bedingfield.
