Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are reportedly renting out their Montecito residence following their recent separation.
An insider confirmed to ‘People Magazine’ that the former couple began leasing their home in February.
Katy initially purchased the mansion from entrepreneur Carl Westcott for $15 million in 2020, intending it to be the couple’s family home. According to the Wall Street Journal, she officially took ownership of the property in May 2024.
This decision comes after Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom recently concluded their nine-year relationship. The couple, who got engaged in 2019, also share a daughter named Daisy Dove.
An insider previously told the outlet, “Katy has every intention of maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with Orlando.”
The source added, “He’s the father of their daughter and that will always come first for her.”
