Today, Wednesday, marks the observance of the International Day of the Seafarer.
The campaign launched for 2025 is titled ‘My Harassment-Free Ship,’ an initiative designed to foster a culture of respect and zero tolerance for bullying and and harassment at sea.
June 25th is recognized as the “Day of the Seafarer,” aiming to acknowledge the invaluable contributions seafarers make to international trade and the global economy, often at significant personal cost to themselves and their families.
