Courteney Cox is a mother to a daughter named Coco, whom she shares with ex-husband, David Arquette. A recent report from Hello Magazine highlighted many wonderful aspects of the Friends actress’ lookalike daughter.
According to a resurfaced report from last year, Courteney discussed her relationship with her 21-year-old daughter at the Inc. 5000 45th Annual Conference & Gala in Palm Desert.
“It’s weird because people get upset the first year your kid goes off to school, and I was like, ‘What’s the big deal? She doesn’t talk to me anyway, she’s always in her room,” Cox began, adding that after starting college, her daughter has grown closer to her.
“Then she comes home after her first year in college and she was all mature and talking more,” she revealed.
Nonetheless, this strengthening of the mother-daughter bond made it even harder for the actress to let her child go.
“She’s incredible. She’s a really special, smart, funny kid,” Cox continued, noting, “But then I was like, I don’t want you to go back to college. The second year was harder for me.”
