On Sunday, Lahore police successfully apprehended a gang involved in a string of robberies in the city’s upscale neighborhoods, who had been posing as delivery boys. This two-member group is reportedly responsible for 13 separate robberies in the affluent Gulberg area, all carried out under the guise of home deliveries.
Gulberg police managed to track the suspects’ movements and subsequently arrested them near Jallo Park. During the operation, authorities recovered cash and a pistol from their possession. Investigators revealed that the suspects would gain entry into homes by feigning deliveries before committing their crimes. CCTV footage from several incidents had previously surfaced, playing a crucial role in their identification and eventual arrest.
