The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has significantly expanded its biker service for Karachi residents, increasing the fleet of mobile registration motorcycles from three to eight units.
According to Aamir Ali Khan, Director General of NADRA Karachi Region, citizens across all districts of Karachi will now have enhanced access to doorstep biker services for the renewal of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), issuance of registration forms, and other related facilities.
This announcement was made during a roadshow in Karachi aimed at promoting the “Pak ID” mobile application, which is a key part of NADRA’s broader initiative to digitize services and reduce the need for in-person visits to registration centers.
To further increase public awareness and adoption of the “Pak ID” app, NADRA has also launched an extensive outreach campaign at various locations, including universities, schools, and shopping malls.
Officials stated that the campaign’s objective is to familiarize citizens with digital application processes and encourage wider utilization of remote registration facilities.
Director General Aamir Ali Khan further confirmed that the “Pak ID” software has undergone an upgrade, with several technical glitches resolved to enhance user experience and ensure smooth online service delivery.
