Nicole Scherzinger has disclosed her plans to tie the knot with fiancé Thom Evans. Nicole is currently captivating audiences with her performance in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Sunset Boulevard musical on Broadway.
The actress and singer revealed that her wedding is scheduled to take place immediately after the show concludes, which is anticipated to be in approximately one month.
Speaking on US radio, Nicole stated, “Yes, we will get married. We’re engaged to be married when I’m not working. Thank God he is so patient.”
She further added, “I’ve had to be disciplined to make sure I get six to eight hours [sleep] because my voice is my everything so I kind of live like a hermit. I don’t do much, I just drink a lot of water.”
The actress, who is nominated for Best Leading Actress at this year’s Tony Awards for her portrayal of Norma Desmond, got engaged to Thom in 2023.
The rugby player proposed during their holiday in Portugal, and Nicole took to Instagram to share the joyous news with her fans.
In a 2021 interview with The Sun, Thom openly expressed his feelings about their relationship.
“I’ve hit the jackpot,” he remarked.
He gushed, “Nobody is asking Nicole how she got with me because I’m massively punching (above my weight). She’s so easy and fun to be around. I’ve hit the jackpot.”
The couple first met in 2019 when Nicole was serving as a judge on the celebrity version of X Factor.
He continued, “It wasn’t even in my thought process to try it on with Nicole because it would have been unprofessional and she’s so lovely and stunning in every possible way. I was just like, ‘She’s out of my league.’”
