Keith Powers has at last disclosed the key to his successful long-term relationship with Ryan Destiny.
Speaking to People magazine at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival in France, the 32-year-old actor attributed the longevity and success of their romance to the profound bond they share, emphasizing that they “genuinely are best friends” and view each other as “family.”
“I think partnership really works when you really do look at your partner [the way you would look at] siblings, in a way,” Keith explained.
He further elaborated, “We could fight. We might not talk to each other for a minute. But we love each other. We come back. You know what I’m saying?”
“And I feel like for me and Ryan… it’s like this is family. It’s not a thing where [it’s like], ‘Oh, I didn’t like [that] she did a certain thing and now I don’t want to be in a relationship,’” the Uglies star added.
For those unaware, Keith and Ryan rekindled their relationship in February after a brief separation. The couple had announced their split in 2022 without publicly stating a reason.
