Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura name-dropped several celebrities, including Britney Spears, on Thursday while testifying in the sex trafficking trial against the rapper.
Ventura, who has been detailing the sexual, physical, and psychological abuse she endured during her 11-year on-again, off-again relationship with Combs, also recalled other instances, such as her 21st birthday celebration in Las Vegas.
Ventura testified that Combs had brought pop sensation Spears to her 21st birthday party in Las Vegas and had also reportedly invited singer-songwriter Dallas Austin to the festivities.
At the time, Ventura was already signed to Combs’ record label and claimed in the recent hearing that their relationship had been strictly professional until that night when Combs kissed her during the party.
“Britney, Diddy, and Cassie are pictured together in Las Vegas in 2007,” the entry notes stated. Cassie’s then-boyfriend, Ryan Leslie, was also present at the party.
However, Spears has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
The founder of Bad Boy Records was arrested in September on suspicion of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution and has since denied all accusations against him, including the civil cases.
The rapper is currently being held at a detention center in Brooklyn after multiple bail applications were denied.
