The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially released the schedule for the upcoming T20 series against Bangladesh. The series will feature five T20 matches, with Faisalabad’s Iqbal Stadium set to host international cricket after a hiatus of 17 years.
As per the PCB’s announcement, the first two matches will be played in Faisalabad on May 25th and 27th, 2025. The remaining three matches are scheduled to take place in Lahore on May 30th, June 1st, and June 3rd.
The tour was initially planned to include three ODIs and three T20 matches. However, keeping the T20 World Cup in view, both cricket boards mutually agreed to replace the ODIs with two additional T20 matches, bringing the total to five T20 internationals.
This series presents a significant preparation opportunity for both teams leading up to future T20 tournaments and marks the return of international cricket to Faisalabad after nearly two decades.
