British Member of Parliament Yasmin Qureshi has expressed concerns regarding the potential closure of Pakistan International Airlines’ (PIA) London office.
Yasmin Qureshi has written a letter to Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, urging the Pakistani government to reconsider the decision.
She emphasized that closing the office at a time when flight operations are being restored would be detrimental to the airline.
She added that the London office serves as a crucial operational hub for PIA in the UK.
Meanwhile, a PIA spokesperson clarified that there are no plans to close the London office and that it is being modernized to meet current operational needs.
