A significant decline in gold prices was observed in the local market today, with a decrease of Rs. 4,700 per tola.
According to the All Sarafa Association, following this drop, the new price of gold per tola in Pakistan now stands at Rs. 301,500. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs. 4,030, bringing it down to Rs. 258,487.
Meanwhile, the international market also saw a decline in gold prices, with a $50 drop, reducing the per-ounce rate to $2,883.
It is noteworthy that just a day earlier, gold prices had surged by Rs. 2,200 per tola.
