The price of gold in Pakistan saw another increase on Tuesday, maintaining its all-time high rate, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24-carat gold per tola rose by Rs100, settling at the highest-ever Rs303,100, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold surged by Rs86, taking it to Rs259,859.
In the international market, the price of gold also saw a minor hike of $1 on Tuesday, reaching $2,904 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
However, the price of 24-carat silver in the local market dropped by a significant Rs61, reaching Rs3,312 per tola.
