Ariana Grande recently opened up about her bond with boyfriend Ethan Slater, showering him with love and appreciation.
During the SmartLess podcast episode on February 3, host Sean Hayes described them as “the perfect couple,” to which Grande warmly responded, “Thank you. He’s amazing, and he loves you.”
Slater, who was first romantically linked to the Into You singer in July 2023, publicly praised Grande while celebrating one of her biggest career milestones.
When Ariana received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Glinda in Wicked, Slater shared a heartfelt tribute on his Instagram stories, simply captioning it, “Oscar. Nominated.”
At that moment, the Rain on Me hitmaker was visibly emotional over the achievement, expressing her gratitude in a heartfelt Instagram post on January 23, 2025.
She wrote, “Picking my head up in between sobs to say thank you so much to @theacademy for this unfathomable recognition. I cannot stop crying, to no one’s surprise.”
Notably, Grande and Slater kept a low profile throughout 2024 when it came to public appearances.
However, the couple stepped out together multiple times during Wicked’s press tour ahead of the movie’s release, continuously supporting each other.
