Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb stated on Tuesday that Pakistan’s economy is on the brink of swift recovery.
While speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Aurangzeb remarked: “The country has observed a significant decrease in interest rates. The gross domestic product (GDP) of the nation is nearing improvement.”
He further stated, “One of the major challenges Pakistan is facing includes a growing population and climate change.”
Aurangzeb added, “Several programs are being implemented in Pakistan in alignment with the World Bank.”
Meanwhile, Aurangzeb held a meeting with the Tunisian Finance Minister. On this occasion, both leaders pledged to strengthen bilateral ties between Pakistan and Tunisia.
Both parties decided to enhance cooperation across various sectors between the two nations.
