Pakistan’s Batting and South Africa’s Struggles
Pakistan continued their fight on day three of the Centurion Test against South Africa, with Mohammad Abbas (2-3) and Khurram Shahzad (1-22) troubling the South African top order. Chasing a target of 147 runs, South Africa lost Tony de Zorzi (2), Ryan Rickelton (0), and Tristan Stubbs (1) before the third day’s play was called off.
Pakistan will approach day four with an attacking mindset, confident they can contain South Africa. On the other hand, despite losing three quick wickets, South Africa still has hope with Bavuma and Markram at the crease, along with a strong batting lineup to follow.
