Dallas: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Dallas has announced a peaceful protest on November 24, 2024 from 12 PM to 2 PM. The protest aims to demand the release of PTI Chairman Imran Khan and the repeal of the unlawful 26th Constitutional Amendment. The protest will be held at 2040 W Spring Creek Parkway, Suites 134, Plano, Texas. According to local officials, the demonstration will focus on the following key demands:
• The release of Imran Khan and all innocent political prisoners
• Repeal of the 26th Constitutional Amendment
• Restoration of democracy and constitutional rights
• Return of the public mandate
PTI Dallas officials stated that this protest is part of a global effort to raise voices against oppression and injustice. They have urged the Pakistani community to participate in large numbers and make their voices heard against the government’s oppressive policies. This protest is not limited to Dallas but is part of coordinated demonstrations by PTI chapters worldwide, sending a clear message that Pakistanis across the globe oppose the current government’s policies.
