The main characters, Sharjeena (Hania Aamir) and Mustafa (Fahad Mustafa), have the audience on their toes as the story reaches its climax. As Sharjeena struggles with an unfortunate miscarriage and places the blame on Mustafa, who, let’s be honest, hasn’t been there for her, the two have been living apart.
The drama began when Mustafa’s mother evicted the couple and relegated them to a substandard rented apartment. Ironically, her wealthy daughter-in-law Rubab, who discovered her husband’s affair with her best friend, has made her homeless as well.
Adeel, played by Emmad Irfani, is now in prison, and his wife, a powerful entrepreneur, has taken matters into her own hands to settle their differences after he betrayed them.
