Squash stars Mehwish, Sehrish, and Mahnoor Ali, sisters from Pakistan, won two golds and one silver on Sunday at the Hungary Junior Open.
After winning gold, silver, and bronze at the Danish Junior Open last month, the trio maintained their dominance of the European Junior Circuit.
Mehwish defeated Hungary’s top seed Tamara Pescarescu in straight sets, winning 11-5, 11-2, 11-2, to win the Under-17 championship. The 15-year-old, who is ranked first in Pakistan, never lost during the tournament.
Her sponsor, the Bilquis and Abdul Razzak Dawood Foundation, claims that this was her 25th gold medal in Budapest.
