In the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship, Pakistan’s Sybil Sohail has won a gold medal.
Sybil secured the gold in the classic bench press category for 47 kilograms, while Veronika Sohail earned a bronze medal in the 52-kilogram category.
In the 52-kilogram category, a powerlifter from England claimed the gold, and a competitor from India took home the silver medal.
It’s worth noting that the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship is currently taking place in Sun City, South Africa, where all three Sohail sisters from Pakistan are participating.
