Lahore: A Lahore court has ordered the release of TikToker Nadeem Mubarak, also known as Nadeem Naniwala, in a case related to the illegal use of a license plate with the number “IK 804.”
The Cantonment Court in Lahore discharged Nadeem Naniwala from the charges and ruled for his immediate release. The police had requested a 14-day judicial remand, but the court rejected the request, stating that there was no evidence to support the charges against him, and no recovery statement was on record. The investigating officer’s request to send the accused to jail was also dismissed.
Previously, Nadeem Naniwala was arrested by Defence Police on September 24th for using a fake license plate with the number “IK 804” on his vehicle.
The court concluded that if Nadeem is not wanted in any other case, he should be released immediately.
