Lady Gaga is opening up about the debut single from her highly anticipated seventh studio album, *LG7*.
The 38-year-old star shared her week’s schedule on Instagram, where she expressed excitement for the premiere of *Joker: Folie à Deux* and hinted at key dates in October, including the release of the first single from *LG7*.
The upcoming track will follow her recent collaboration with Bruno Mars, “Die With a Smile,” but Gaga confirmed that the song will not be included in the sequel to her 2020 album, *Chromatica*.
Recalling her collaboration with Bruno Mars, the *Shallow* singer revealed, “I was finishing up my own album in Malibu and one night, after a long day, he asked me to come to his studio to hear something he was working on. It was around midnight when I got there, and I was blown away by what he had started making. We stayed up all night and finished writing and recording the song.”
Although Lady Gaga has yet to announce the release date for her new single, the teaser has already sparked intense curiosity among her fans.
