German police are continuing their search for an assailant who killed three people and injured several others in a stabbing attack at a festival in Solingen on Friday evening. The attack, which took place around 9:40 p.m. local time, left eight people injured, with five of them in serious condition.
The police have increased their initial report of serious injuries from four to five and are currently questioning victims and witnesses. A large team is actively searching for the unknown perpetrator, who used a knife in the assault.
