Authorities in Collin County are investigating the death of a man found at a McKinney residence on Wednesday morning.
The Collin County Sheriff’s Office reported that a patient at a local emergency room informed them about an unconscious man with a head injury at his home. Deputies responded to the residence on Billy Mitchell Drive and discovered the man deceased inside.
Texas Sky Ranger footage showed investigators cordoning off a large section of the rural property with crime scene tape.
The sheriff’s office has not yet disclosed the man’s identity or the cause of death. The investigation is still in progress.
