HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Authorities have launched a death investigation after a body was discovered in the White Oak Bayou on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Houston Police Department (HPD), the body was spotted in the water around 2 p.m.
HPD’s dive team officers were dispatched to 1900 Studemont St. to retrieve the body.
Further details have not been released as the investigation continues.
