Crash on I-35 in Carrollton blocks multiple lanes during morning commute traffic

Multiple lanes were reopened by late morning while both express lanes and a shoulder lane remained closed as of 11:30 a.m., TxDOT cameras show.

Traffic leading up to the closures was backed up roughly 3 miles at one point, Google Maps showed.
