A woman died at a hospital after being stabbed in South Dallas early Saturday, police say.
Officers responded about 3 a.m. to a stabbing call in the 3700 block of Colonial Avenue, near Metropolitan Avenue, where they found the woman wounded. Dallas Fire-Rescue took the woman to a hospital, where she died from her injuries, police said.
Police said a man stabbed the woman before fleeing the location. No additional information was available about a suspect, and the woman’s identity was not released.
