A man was arrested Thursday night in connection with the fatal stabbing of his relative in Grapevine, police say.
About 7 p.m, police were called to a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of Airline Drive, near South Main Street, Grapevine police said. Officers responded and found two men outside a home.
One of the men was lying on the ground and appeared to be unconscious with injuries, police said. Paramedics arrived, but the man, who has not been identified, died at the scene a short time later.
Officers arrested the other unidentified man and he is facing a murder charge. No information on what led up to the stabbing was immediately released.
Grapevine police said officers, detectives and crime scene investigators will be on the scene for most of the night processing evidence.
