One teen was killed and another wounded Wednesday afternoon in a shooting at a car wash near Kennedale’s border with Arlington, police say.
Kennedale police responded about 2:50 p.m. to the car wash near the intersection of Treepoint Drive and Little School Road and found the victims, Kennedale police Chief Mike Holguin said.
They were taken to an Arlington hospital, where one died, Holguin said. That teen’s identity has not been released.
Authorities said both victims are men younger than 20 but did not provide additional details.
Holguin said police do not know the motive for the shooting and have minimal suspect information.
