9-year-old boy last seen in central Oak Cliff found safe, Dallas police say

Dallas police say a 9-year-old boy who was last seen Sunday morning has been located..

The boy had been last seen on foot about 10:30 a.m. in the 400 block of West Louisiana Avenue, in central Oak Cliff when he went missing.
