Pakistan Hockey Federation has given its approval for the open trials of the senior and junior hockey teams. The selection committee has been tasked with organizing the open trials, which will be held in Karachi, Lahore, and Peshawar for the senior team.
The open trials for the senior team will take place on April 13 in Karachi, April 15 in Lahore, and April 23 in Peshawar. Players who will participate in the World Cup Qualifier will be exempted from the trials. Similarly, open trials for the junior team will also be held, and the selected players will be sent to a training camp in Islamabad from May 1.
